I used to bike over the Golden Gate Bridge everyday to work. After all those years driving across it, I’d never realized that a bridge was actually a ‘hill’ and a surprisingly intense climb. I’ve never biked the Bay Bridge but I guess it must be the same.

I love the way the light hits the front of the bridge and dances in the water then fades to black as the bridge crosses the bay. Another beauty!

Used to commute on that bridge back in the early 70s. It is beautiful, but not fun in bumper to bumper traffic. Great shot!
