The Salt Lake City Sports Complex served as the official training venue for the 2002 Winter Olympics. Its two ice sheets are open year-round for figure skating and hockey. After 11 years here, I’ve finally found a place for relief from the unbearably hot summer days. Last week I took a few photos while my teacher sprayed ice at me.
Great photo Rona.

Hi Rona,
Fantastic photo!!! I am so glad you are able to get back out to the rink as I know that it has been a rough summer. Hopefully we will see you soon!?

Superb technique, Rona. What was the inspiration to go B&W?

Thank you, Frank. I had very little time to get the shot and no time to make adjustments. The color came out so bad that I had no choice but to convert to b&w. So I guess it became a happy accident.
